They repaired a headboard and footboard of my bed damaged by a mattress delivery. You can’t even tell the damage was there! A beautiful job. They were also very professional, prompt and courteous. Would definitely use them again!

FANTASTIC service. My bed legs came off the middle beam, so the middle beam cracked. I bought the bed at West Elm and they sent these guys. These guys are the real deal. I’m part Asian – Scott / his assistant came in, saw my shoes next to the door and insisted on taking of theirs to respect my house. Um, there are splinters in the bedroom from the broken bed guys – but they insisted. They quickly surveyed the damage, attached some steel plates to re-connect the beam, strengthened the legs’ connection to the bed, and then Scott walked on it to show how strong it now was. He also insisted he would not sign off on the job until I was satisfied w the work. It took less than 20 minutes and I was so grateful they were able to fix a bed I love when I thought it was not repairable and I’d have to buy another one.

I was so heart broken when my leather couch got ripped off while moving to a new apartment. The movers did a terrible job. I tried reaching out to vendors who can get this repaired and bring it back in original shape. All of them are very expensive. Then I submitted a Service request at Furniture Services and they gave me the lowest quote for the repair job. The techician arrived early on the day of appointment and completed the job within couple of hours on site. He brought my couch back to the original shape. You guys are experts. THANKS a lot.
