About All Furniture Services®

All Furniture Services® has provided furniture repair, restoration and related field services since 1999. Our network supports residential customers, retailers, manufacturers, warranty programs, designers, commercial organizations and other service partners across the United States.

Over our operating history, our organization and service network have completed or managed more than 3 million furniture service assignments. As coverage continues to expand, we are looking for qualified technicians in additional markets.

Furniture Service Technician / Service Medic

What Furniture Technicians Do

• Travel to customer locations within an accepted service territory.
• Inspect and diagnose furniture damage, defects and service requirements.
• Perform furniture repairs appropriate to your experience and assigned work.
• Repair wood, upholstery, leather, vinyl, frames, mechanisms and other furniture components based on your skills.
• Perform furniture assembly, disassembly and related field services when qualified.
• Document service work with reports, photographs and required information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the service coordination team.
• Use ServiceJan to receive assignments, manage schedules, update work orders and submit service documentation.

Skills We’re Looking For

Technicians do not need to specialize in every category. Assignments can be matched according to experience, capabilities, location and service requirements.

What We Look For

• Furniture repair or related trade experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Professional customer communication.
• Reliable transportation appropriate for field service work.
• Ability to safely handle the physical requirements of accepted assignments.
• Ability to provide clear service reports and photographs.
• Reliable scheduling and communication.
• Professional conduct at customer locations.

Training & Technical Support

All Furniture Services® can provide onboarding, service procedures and technical support based on the technician’s experience and the types of assignments being handled.

Experienced technicians may also expand into additional service categories as their capabilities develop.

Work & Earning Opportunities

Work volume and compensation depend on factors such as location, technician skills, accepted service territory, assignment type, customer demand, availability and completed workload.

Opportunities may include residential furniture service, retailer and manufacturer work, warranty service, commercial projects and assignments from established service accounts.

Specific compensation terms and the working relationship applicable to an opportunity are provided during onboarding or assignment setup.
