This bed has been such a pain since purchasing it from the previous owner. The bed is beautiful but huge and complicated. It was quiet an investment for my boyfriend and I , so we wanted it done right. The bed had no instructions, a row of lights, two mirrors, and everything else. It has been sitting in pieces for over a month because no one could finish the job. Yesterday evening, Dennis was sent to my apartment to begin assembly. He was an hour early:) I was there alone and he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He was everything Mikyel said he would be and more. The bed was estimated to take five hours, he completed the job under a hour and half. The staff was very kind and accommodating even after I kept calling bugging them. Do not waste time or money anywhere else, this company will assure you leave satisfied. Thanks again the bed is amazing!

I was heartbroken when I discovered that our new puppy had severely chewed up the carved leg of a captain’s dining chair that we purchased for our wedding 30 years ago. A friend strongly recommended All Furniture Services. The technician came to my house and was able to do the repair on site! He restored the missing wood pieces and color matched it – you can’t even tell which leg was damaged any more. That was my first experience. Since then AFS has refinished the top of my antique night stand that had horrible water stains. Good as new! Also helped me fix nail polish remover damage to a cocktail table. They are very responsive and pleasant to work with. They even schedule visits on weekends. I have heard they also do excellent leather and fabric repair. Reasonable rates too. Five stars & two thumbs up!!!

I had Arthur out today to help get some stains out of the couch. I have new couches my daughter put a henna tattoo on my back, stupid me smeared it on the pillow. Arthur got it out for me. There was also damage on a table from nail polish I thought both of these items were ruined. He was able to make it look good as new. He was very nice professional and courteous. Thank You Arthur for doing such a Great Job!!!

My story…. My father & brother-in law delivered a couch to my Hoboken apartment ~ after several attempts it was clear there was no way it would make it through the doorway or window. I loved the couch & was not giving up…. through a friends recommendation I googled ‘furniture doctor’s’ & found All Furniture Services & Mikayel’s number. Mikayel was very professional & patient, answering my many questions over a couple of phone calls on a Sunday as well as Monday morning before the men arrived. The men that showed up knew what they were doing (to say the least). In under 1 1/2 hours the couch was in my apartment, looking like it had never been dis-assembled. I highly recommend All Furniture Services if you want to move a couch/sofa through an entrance that spatially won’t allow it!!

I had an issue with my Ashley sofa because it was making excessive noise when I would open the recliner portion. I called Value city furniture where I got the sofa from and they sent a service agent from furniture services and the experience was amazing. my Technicians name was Gagik and he was A+++. He was very punctual and polite. He didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied that the issue was resolved. I wish there were more people like him as I think customer service could benefit from an attention to detail that most retailers lack these days. The movers to my new apartment damaged my armoire and headboard/footboard pieces. All Furniture came and exceeded my expectations by restoring the wood to its original and were quick, clean and inexpensive. Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
