Our frame on our Mega chair got bent. Tiko was the technician that was assigned to come out for an evaluation. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem and was able to get the correct parts ordered. We made a time for Tiko to return to repair the chair, and he came back on time and did a wonderful thorough job of repairing our chair. It is as good as new, and Tiko was great from beginning to end. If one of our 4 chairs has another issue, we will definitely call Tiko to come back to repair our chairs.

Your technicians did a beautiful job in restoring and repairing my damaged furniture. The leather top desk looks brand new (even though is more than a 100 years old) and the touch-ups and upholstery was also beautifully done. Service was very good, professional, on time and well executed. I have antique Japanese shelves which were coming apart. They were honest and I am so pleased with the results: beyond my expectations. This was a very difficult job. I will surely always use them for my future needs.

Mikayel and his team at All Furniture Services were wonderful from start to finish. When the chair was finally completed and returned to me three weeks later, I was truly astonished with the beautiful results and the dramatic results seen when comparing the initial to the restored chair. Once I received the chair, I was amazed as to how Mikayel’s team completely restored my chair to it’s original finish, using the exact paint and lacquer. Scheduling service was easy. The delivery personnel and customer service staff were all courteous, punctual (delivery persons) and professional. Service was definitely an A+. However, due to the amount of work required or perhaps the industry standard, the restoration costs were expensive. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service, communication and fantastic quality of the work Mikayel and his team provided. I will definitely use All Furniture Services again for any wood work or furniture restoration jobs in the future.

Called on Wed AM and they did repair Friday. Excellent service from first call to inquire about cost and schedule to prompt appt scheduling. Tech showed up on time as promised. Very competent and polite. Repaired several burn holes in two of three vinyl sofa cushions. Can hardly see where repairs were made. Cost wishing phone quote. Highly recommend. All Furniture was recommended to me by a moving company and with good reason. When I needed a chair repaired after my move, All Furniture sent the equivalent of an “old world” furniture master to my house. The work was so excellent I asked them to work on three other important and expensive items. The work was / is careful and precise.
