I used Arko, the technician from AFS, on two occasions. First, he repaired a tear in the leather seat of my car and then he fixed the peeling on my leather sofa. Arko is very pleasant and professional and goes the extra mile to get it right. He takes a lot of pride in his work. I am very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend AFS to others.

Great service. The technician “Valod” showed up on time within the two hour time frame which i was happy about. He took his shoes off before he entered which i was actually very happy about. He introduced himself and asked what our issues were. He was very kind and listened to all our concerns. We purchased a sofa through Costco “Abbyson living” sofa. It was great but some of the threading was starting to come up. Since costco has a great policy they sent out these guys right away. Valod did a wonderful job addressing my issues and fixed the sofa. I am so happy with this service and will keep them for years to come. Whenever i have a furniture issue i know who to call. Thanks All furniture services you’ve got a life long customer here.

This company is amazing! The men who come to your home are polite, friendly, quick working, and leave everything perfectly back in its place. They repaired my Barcelona chairs in such perfect condition that no one would ever know that work was done on them. The people in the office who call to schedule and confirm appointments couldn’t be nicer. I cannot recommend this company enough – best find ever!

Dear Owners, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received last Wednesday, Sept 30th, 2015 from your furniture technician, Ashot. My wife and I were in town from Vancouver, Canada and were helping my daughter move. We had a very tight schedule and the move had to be completed, including the couch disassembly and assembly, on our moving day. Ashot came and completed the disassembly in the morning and was going to return in the late afternoon to our new location to assemble the couch. Unfortunately, at his next appointment he had a fall and ended up in the Emergency. After spending most of the afternoon and early evening in the hospital he ended up breaking his foot and had to have a cast put on. We were very concerned for him and had no idea how we were going to get our coach cut in half and reassembled that evening. The challenge we had was the movers could not fit the couch in the new place, so we had them leave in the underground parking garage hoping that Ashot could come and cut the back off so we could get it into the new apartment and have it assembled. We were totally shocked at 7:30pm that evening when Ashot said he was coming with his friend, Artur to finish the job. Ashot showed up with crutches and his right foot in a cast. I was totally blown away with the type of service he provided. I’m sure he was in a great deal of pain, but he persevered and finished the job just before 10:00pm. Under these incredible circumstances, this was the best customer service I have ever received and ever witnessed. I have told so many of my friends and family of this unbelievable experience. Ashot is a true hero in our minds and deserves the “Employee of the Month” award if you have such a thing. Please thank Ashot on our behalf for everything he did to get our daughter comfortable in her new place. You can be assured that when we need any of the furniture services you provide, you will be our first and only phone call. We also pray that Ashot’s foot gets better soon, so he can continue doing excellent work along with supreme customer care and service without any discomfort. Thank you. It’s amazing! Actually I spent like 5 minutes trying to even find where on the lamp the damage had taken place. I was so skeptical, honestly, but this is nothing short of miraculous. I literally am shocked at how true and hidden the scratches are. Seriously. I’m amazed. The guy who came was really polite, but just down to business and did the job and left. I wanted to send you an email as your technicians just left our house and we wanted to let you know that they did an outstanding job. The furniture looks amazing as it looks brand new and we are so pleased. I also gave you an outstanding review on Angie’s list and want to again thank you and your technicians on how it came out. We already showed my in-laws via Facetime in Florida (as the furniture was originally theirs) and they said it looks like they just bought them. They said the kitchen table and chairs now look like when they bought them 25 years ago.

I didn’t catch his last name but Carlos repaired my recliner yesterday and he was professional and did an excellent job. It is hard to get good service these days and I appreciate it when I do. Filled in sofa pillow cushions and fixed leather, redyed scratches. Went excellent! Alex was extremely knowledgeable and took his time. He was a true expert.

The repaired several pieces of antique furniture that were falling apart. The repair person came on time, did all the work on site, cleaned up, and was very professional. I would use them again. The price was reasonable compared to some of the fancy antiques repair people I’ve consulted.

What a wonderful experience with this company. My two year old dog damaged my brand new couch the same day it was delivered. She tore through the fabric with her paw and I never thought it could be repaired. They sent a technician to my house and he was able to stitch the tear as well as cover it up so that it was almost impossible to see. They can match your fabric almost exact. They were here for about 2 hours and I had a difficult fabric to match. Very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them if you have repairs needed.

All Furniture Services exceeded my expectations! We needed a couch disassembled inside our condo in order to move the couch out of the unit. Our furniture tech, Igor, located in Miami, went above and beyond to repair work from another vendor that we used when moving the couch in originally. Igor arrived on time, reviewed the situation, repaired the damage from the other vendor, then properly disassembled the couch to move it out and reassemble it in the hallway for the movers to load on the moving truck.
