I am beyond thrilled to have found All Furniture Services LLC. When I initially had problems with my murphy bed I went to the supplier and unfortunately they were closed. Eventually another piece on my murphy bed broke and the bed was too heavy for me to open and close on my own. I searched the web and called numerous other companies that were not able to help me because I didn’t purchase it at their location. A few of them didn’t even know what a murphy bed was to begin with. As soon as I called you guys I felt at ease and I quickly made an appointment. I receive my quote and later scheduled a time for your technicians to come and repair my bed. It was so quick and easy and you were so professional. I wanted to compliment the service person that came to adjust our table on 3/25/17. Technician spent about 2 1/2 hrs doing so. First of all, the table had been set up for 1 leaf so he removed the stops to accommodate 2 leaves which we had ordered. Secondly, when the table was closed without the leaves, it didn’t butt up properly so he had to realign the mechanism to fix that. In addition, the clips weren’t mounted properly so he adjusted those as well. He was terrific and very efficient and my husband and I are very pleased.

All Furniture Service came and repaired my sofa on site. It looks great. Everyone was so responsive and helpful, and I want to express my appreciation for a great customer experience from start to finish. Best, Sue

Many thanks to your company for wonderful customer service from beginning to end of work (call placed and work done within 24 hours!)and especially to Arko for his professional demeanor, thorough explanation, and finished work leaving our dining room table looking wonderful and once again safe. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied with the table- fixing something none of us even knew was wrong with the table and making it completely level and stable. Can’t say enough about how happy we were with service.

I am happy to report that two furniture repair technicians, came yesterday to install the three new cushions on the Lane Sofa recliner that had sustained the discoloration damage to the middle cushion after a rubber ball had sat on it overnight, back in June of 2016 (after it was less than one month old). They were here working on the repairs for about 2.5 hours, and they were very busy the entire time. They did a very good job removing the old cushions and replacing them with the new cores. We are VERY PLEASED with the finished result. The leather match on the three new cushions is excellent, and it looks pretty good with the upper back and arm leather covering. Most importantly, my wife is pleased with the finished result!

I have never had a repairman from any company as thorough, professional and competent as he is.

I want to thank Tiko the Technician who came to my home to repair my leather couch. His professionalism and dedication to make sure I was satisfied was excellent. My couch looks brand new with not even the slightest hint that there was a problem. I will definitely refer both Tiko and this company to others.

Our frame on our Mega chair got bent. Tiko was the technician that was assigned to come out for an evaluation. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem and was able to get the correct parts ordered. We made a time for Tiko to return to repair the chair, and he came back on time and did a wonderful thorough job of repairing our chair. It is as good as new, and Tiko was great from beginning to end. If one of our 4 chairs has another issue, we will definitely call Tiko to come back to repair our chairs.

Your technicians did a beautiful job in restoring and repairing my damaged furniture. The leather top desk looks brand new (even though is more than a 100 years old) and the touch-ups and upholstery was also beautifully done. Gagik did a beautiful job in repairing my custom made maple dresser damaged by a house-guest. His skill was impressive and my furniture looks as good as new!

Service was very good, professional, on time and well executed. I have antique Japanese shelves which were coming apart. They were honest and I am so pleased with the results: beyond my expectations. This was a very difficult job. I will surely always use them for my future needs.
