I thought I would end this week by letting you all know that customer called in and stated that she had a service with you on a claim she called in with Ultra Shield. She called in to Ultra Shield and stated that your tech was professional and courteous. And she appreciated his service. As the Service Manager I want to take the time out to state that in this day it is very hard to find good techs. Thank you for your services and the training that you give to your techs.
