We were tremendously impressed with the professionalism, skill and sheer physical determination that Arthur, the Furniture Services technician, applied to our recliner repair. It turned out to be a much more difficult job than any of us had expected, but this old world craftsman refused to settle for anything less than a result up to his very high standard.
