This was the best customer service I have ever received and ever witnessed.

Dear Owners, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received last Wednesday, Sept 30th, 2015 from your furniture technician, Ashot. My wife and I were in town from Vancouver, Canada and were helping my daughter move. We had a very tight schedule and the move had to be completed, including the couch disassembly and assembly, on our moving day. Ashot came and completed the disassembly in the morning and was going to return in the late afternoon to our new location to assemble the couch. Unfortunately, at his next appointment he had a fall and ended up in the Emergency. After spending most of the afternoon and early evening in the hospital he ended up breaking his foot and had to have a cast put on. We were very concerned for him and had no idea how we were going to get our coach cut in half and reassembled that evening. The challenge we had was the movers could not fit the couch in the new place, so we had them leave in the underground parking garage hoping that Ashot could come and cut the back off so we could get it into the new apartment and have it assembled. We were totally shocked at 7:30pm that evening when Ashot said he was coming with his friend, Artur to finish the job. Ashot showed up with crutches and his right foot in a cast. I was totally blown away with the type of service he provided. I’m sure he was in a great deal of pain, but he persevered and finished the job just before 10:00pm. Under these incredible circumstances, this was the best customer service I have ever received and ever witnessed. I have told so many of my friends and family of this unbelievable experience. Ashot is a true hero in our minds and deserves the “Employee of the Month” award if you have such a thing. Please thank Ashot on our behalf for everything he did to get our daughter comfortable in her new place. You can be assured that when we need any of the furniture services you provide, you will be our first and only phone call. We also pray that Ashot’s foot gets better soon, so he can continue doing excellent work along with supreme customer care and service without any discomfort. Thank you.
