The gentleman just came to fix the couch and it looks perfect now and is lovely! Problem solved.

I also wanted to take the opportunity to compliment how great he was. He communicated so well about changes in time and arrival expectations, was so kind to our building front desk, and just so personable – polite, friendly, thoughtful, respectful – really a gem! I cannot compliant him enough. I’ve had many people in my home to help with various tasks over the years and he was just so patient and phenomenal. I would highly recommend him for any future work if your team has the opportunity to request specific team members.
