My husband and I recently received a sofa from Pottery Barn and were pretty disappointed that it came with some defects. Igor came to our house to address them and made us feel so much better about our purchase. They were minor fixes thankfully but Igor even came back later in the day to fix something I had not seen when he was here in the morning. Thank you!
