I would like to take a moment to commend Alex on the great job he did. His attention & determination to achieve the desired high level of satisfaction for both the touch-up, as well as, the securing of the grommet to the table were exceptional. It was a pleasure to have him do work for Canon too as he made sure to minimize any odors & other distractions & was very personable. Thanks for a job well done!
