I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce. He came to my house to repair a problem with my couch. He was very professional, and very respectful of my house by wearing his mask, gloves ect. for this covid-19. He repaired the couch and he took the time to show me what he did when I asked him to do so. Very pleasant experience! Aurora Smith
