Gagik came on time and resolved the recliner issue very quickly. On a weekend no less. I’m confident it will work for a long time. To make it feel completely new he recommended contacting the manufacturer for a new mechanism since it is very loose and parts are under lifetime warranty. He said he would replace it quickly for a low rate. Thank you guys for going above and beyond making sure it’s done 100% right.
