Thank you for the excellent customer service experience

I had an issue with my Ashley sofa because it was making excessive noise when I would open the recliner portion. I called Value city furniture where I got the sofa from and they sent a service agent from furniture services and the experience was amazing. my Technicians name was Gagik and he was A+++. He was very punctual and polite. He didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied that the issue was resolved. I wish there were more people like him as I think customer service could benefit from an attention to detail that most retailers lack these days.
