On 12/20/24 I had the pleasure of being serviced by your tech Arko.

My chair was a special case. The force of the L brackets being bent left the chassis out of alignment.

The job was not a simple parts swap. As a result he had to do some serious wrestling of a giant chair. He worked very hard to get the job done.

My chair now works fine. Due to my situation I spend most of my day in the chair, including sleeping.

He deserves recognition for his effort, by me and by your company.
