I had a difficult repair that could not be done with a replacement part or any easy way. There was no easy solution for a chair in perfect condition that I loved.
Tech that came was fantastic.
He figured out a clever solution, then executed it thoroughly, neatly, cleanly, then oiling the gears, and I had my chair.
Anything you can do to reward him or promote him, I recommend.
