recliner locking casters problem.

thank you tigran for your patience and excellent repair service.
i had purchased a fine knu / lazyboy healthcare recliner
which arrived with non-functioning caster breaks ( and torn upholstery ).
though under warranty, knu / lazyboy would only sent me
a replacement locking caster base
which i had to and failed to install myself.
very complicated and upsetting.
through angi’s list i discovered all funiture services.
tigran resolved this seemingly hopeless furniture trouble.
