Hi, I wanted to take a moment and thank your wonderful team for the competion of this repair to an antique dresser drawer. You made this such an easy process for me and I am very happy with the results. I knew nothing about wood repair and from my first call to your office, helpful courteous ladies were able to guide me through the start of the process. They were reassuring and had my fears calmed immediately as to what would be expected, the process for repair and an estimated cost range. In the past, I’ve been taken advantage of, in areas I have no experience in…this was NOT my experience with you, thank you. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the workman who came to my home and s-l-o-w-l-y explained my options for repair and walked me through my choices and process for each.
