My couch was delivered unassembled with a missing piece to connect the two pieces, so they contacted All Furniture Services to put it together through the warranty. The appointment was made quickly and Tigran arrived right on time. He made sure the couch was put together properly, and went the extra mile and tightened all the legs. He also helped answer some preliminary questions I had about future furniture reupholstery through the company. Overall great experience with this company and Tigran!
