Bruce just got done with my service appointment. He was beyond professional, amazingly devoted to fixing and repairing the issue to ensure that the repairs needed were done. Additionally, I have a very inquisitive 4 year old boy, and he was so patient with him and even explained what he was doing along the way. Near the end Bruce even noticed another big issue with a simple fix, and took care of it, then gave everything a once over before leaving.
I’ve never been more pleased with a service call repair technician regardless of the trade. He was amazing.
