Arko was our tech who needed to align the doors to our armoire to enable them to close. Right from the start he knew the unit had not been leveled properly and then took the steps to correct the leveling and then align each of the hinges and stops to make sure they were positioned properly. Most repairmen would have leveled the doors and then left but he made sure all the components were corrected and fitting the way they should. He was extremely knowledgeable , professional and careful about leaving the area as clean as possible.
