I am thrilled for the work done on my Pottery Barn furniture

We had a visit today from Igor, and I must admit we were skeptical that the issues we had with the two chairs and couch we purchased from Pottery Barn would be addressed correctly. I am thrill to say that Igor was terrific. He was very professional, and completely solved the issues with our purchases. He worked hard at insuring that we were satisfied, and provided outstanding service. Kudos to your company for having such a great professional working on your behalf.
