Great service. The technician “Valod” showed up on time within the two hour time frame which i was happy about. He took his shoes off before he entered which i was actually very happy about. He introduced himself and asked what our issues were. He was very kind and listened to all our concerns. We purchased a sofa through Costco “Abbyson living” sofa. It was great but some of the threading was starting to come up. Since costco has a great policy they sent out these guys right away. Valod did a wonderful job addressing my issues and fixed the sofa. I am so happy with this service and will keep them for years to come. Whenever i have a furniture issue i know who to call. Thanks All furniture services you’ve got a life long customer here.
