We recently had a repair on our Ashley couch due to having an internal broken board in the base. The repair tech was prompt, professional, and clean. He was able to replace the broken board and reinforced it to prevent it from happening again. He also took the time to check the same board on the other side of the couch to make sure it was not similarly damaged. I was extremely happy with the entire experience & very relived to not have to replace the couch!
