FANTASTIC service – These guys are the real deal.

FANTASTIC service. My bed legs came off the middle beam, so the middle beam cracked. I bought the bed at West Elm and they sent these guys. These guys are the real deal. I’m part Asian – Scott / his assistant came in, saw my shoes next to the door and insisted on taking of theirs to respect my house. Um, there are splinters in the bedroom from the broken bed guys – but they insisted. They quickly surveyed the damage, attached some steel plates to re-connect the beam, strengthened the legs’ connection to the bed, and then Scott walked on it to show how strong it now was. He also insisted he would not sign off on the job until I was satisfied w the work. It took less than 20 minutes and I was so grateful they were able to fix a bed I love when I thought it was not repairable and I’d have to buy another one.
