Extremely pleased – No surprise charges.

I was extremely pleased with their service. I needed a foam replacement for my sleeper couch because it started to sag. I got a response to my inquiry the same day, and they suggested an onsite inspection that had availability within 24-48 hours and had an inspection fee, which I agreed to. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed and determined they could fix it in my apartment, and gave me a quote. I agreed and scheduled the actual repair. Again, the same technician arrived on time with the materials and completed the work. After I inspected it, I was charged what was on the quote. No surprise charges. As a nice touch, their office checked in to confirm I was happy with the service.
