Exceptional Professional, calm and most importantly, had a can-do attitude

My name is Terry McCreary. My wife Lynn and I just moved to Alexandria, VA on July 1. Unfortunately, we had a sectional that the movers were not able to put into a particular room due to the size of the furniture piece and the opening that it
needed to go through. We were given the name of a company that guaranteed they could take the furniture apart so that we would then be able to move the sectional into the room. What they didn’t guarantee, is when. We were scheduled and cancelled twice over the
course of the next several weeks when we decided to call All Furniture Services. We called All Furniture on a Monday and Bruce Prince came out on a Saturday. Bruce was exceptional! He was professional, calm and most importantly, had a can-do attitude. I was
convinced at one point that we just needed to stop with taking the furniture apart, however, Bruce was so positive that he could do what needed to be done, that we continued. He surgically took the furniture apart so that a leg could be removed. We were then able to move the furniture into its rightful place. What was most impressive to me was that he was able to put it back together as though it had never been taken apart. We normally don’t write reviews like this, however, we felt like Bruce deserved to be recognized for his
service which was above and beyond.
