When my 1 1/2 year old scribbled with a permanent marker all over my brand new leather sofa, I was certain that the damage was beyond repair. My husband and I purchased about 5 different cleaning products, all promising to remove such stains from leather, but none of them was even slightly effective. As a last ditch effort, before resigning myself to the fact that the sofa would forever carry these marks, I decided to give furniture services a call. An appointment for an estimate was set up for the very next day. Alex, the furniture repair technician, arrived right on schedule. He assessed the damage, thoroughly explained my options, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work. Within 20 minutes, my sofa looked brand new. He managed to dye the stain using a color that was an exact match to the brown of my sofa. The stains were completely gone and the sofa looked as good as new.
