I got a couch which was delivered to me on Saturday morning. The movers could not get the couch through my apartment door (later I learned not an uncommon NY city situation). That is when I really panicked and had no idea what to do. After looking online I found Service Furniture website and called. Michael was so professional and said he will send someone the same day! In just couple of hours I had Omar at my door and within one hour my couch was inside my apartment! Service was above and beyond professional, super courteous and fast! I could not wish for a better service! Thank you so much Service Furniture. I am very happy to recommend you to others! A very happy client! Sima
