A leather sofa was damaged in a move and it made me so sad and disappointed. Alex came to the rescue. really, i think he is in the wrong profession because he is truly a magician. i just scheduled another appointment for a different type of furniture repair. All Furniture Service is polite, professional and expert.

I recently purchased a gem of a sofa an antique to be precise. Turns it out that it would not fit up my staircase. They saved the day. They were on time and worked diligently on disassembly/assemlby of the sofa for 7 hours. It is a complicated 3 piece tufted sectional with a curved piece to boot. Tech Personnel paid extreme attention to detail and took pride in his work. On top of it all the price was reasonable. Man I spoke on the phone is a man of his word, he guarantees flawless work and delivered. I hope he doesn’t retire any time soon because I plan to call him back when I am ready to move!!!!!

I got a couch which was delivered to me on Saturday morning. The movers could not get the couch through my apartment door (later I learned not an uncommon NY city situation). That is when I really panicked and had no idea what to do. After looking online I found Service Furniture website and called. Michael was so professional and said he will send someone the same day!
