Very shortly afterward he arrived and quickly explained what needed to be done and went to work. We are now happily using the couch we love thanks to your great service! Hi, Your employee Derrick Wells serviced us on monday night- Our couch would not fit through the entrance door of our new apartment and Derrick came and disassembled & reassembled it. I got a couch which was delivered to me on Saturday morning. The movers could not get the couch through my apartment door (later I learned not an uncommon NY city situation). That is when I really panicked and had no idea what to do. After looking online I found Service Furniture website and called. Michael was so professional and said he will send someone the same day! In just couple of hours I had Omar at my door and within one hour my couch was inside my apartment! Service was above and beyond professional, super courteous and fast!
