We were tremendously impressed with the professionalism, skill and sheer physical determination that Arthur, the Furniture Services technician, applied to our recliner repair. It turned out to be a much more difficult job than any of us had expected, but this old world craftsman refused to settle for anything less than a result up to his very high standard. I had an issue with my Ashley sofa because it was making excessive noise when I would open the recliner portion. I called Value city furniture where I got the sofa from and they sent a service agent from furniture services and the experience was amazing. my Technicians name was Gagik and he was A+++. He was very punctual and polite. He didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied that the issue was resolved. I wish there were more people like him as I think customer service could benefit from an attention to detail that most retailers lack these days. The movers to my new apartment damaged my armoire and headboard/footboard pieces. All Furniture came and exceeded my expectations by restoring the wood to its original and were quick, clean and inexpensive. Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

One antique frame (holding a mirror) had some wood gouged out of it. The technician filled in the spot with putty and colored it to match. One antique frame (also holding a mirror) had two or three inches of the finish flaking off. This was also filled in and colored to match the rest of the frame. What was additionally useful was that the technician was able to give me advice on whether it was worthwhile to restore a laquered Korean chest (no) and the brass mount on a Lalique 1930’s vase (no). He was also to identify the finish on two sconces. In other words, I had the advantage of a great deal of expertise on this visit. I intend to use them again.

I had an old, small piece of furniture that needed to be restored as it had gotten really wet in the storage place where it sat. He cleaned and restored it right to the way it used to be. I called him and they came right away the next day! I didn’t have to take the piece of furniture anywhere and didn’t have to do anything. He came over to the house and restored it at my home. It looks wonderful now. I am very pleased with their service.

I recently had the pleasure of using your company to repair a 2 year old couch that was purchased from a company that went out of business. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service, the great repair job, the turn around time and the knowledge of the technician along with his pleasant personality. The middle of the couch had collasped and was restored to superior condition. The cost of the service was within the range I wanted to spend and I feel it was worth every penny. In the future I will definately use this company again and I will recommend this business to any friend, family or stranger that asked 🙂

Last week I got a couch delivered and didnt realize that it would not fit in my doorway. I came across All Furniture Services on google and called them. They were very friendly and professional and they sent someone over within an hour to disassemble the couch, bring it into my apartment and reassemble it. The service guy did an amazing job, the couch looks as if nothing was done to it at all! The fee was better than anyone else I called as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone! ”
