Technician, Gagi, was on time and so prompt and courteous. He was able to come in and immediately assess the problem. We have a leather sofa sleeper that is quite nice, but was poorly made. The sofa sank in the middle because the sleeper itself was installed too low inside the couch. He was able to restructure the couch and install it higher up, so our sofa no longer sags, and looks and feels much sturdier. The entire repair was done in about half an hour. We were at our wits end with this couch and about to get rid of it and spend about $1,500 on a new one. Instead, we were able to pay about $225 and keep our couch for longer. Thumbs up for service, cost and end result.
