My name is Terry McCreary. My wife Lynn and I just moved to Alexandria, VA on July 1. Unfortunately, we had a sectional that the movers were not able to put into a particular room due to the size of the furniture piece and the opening that it
needed to go through. We were given the name of a company that guaranteed they could take the furniture apart so that we would then be able to move the sectional into the room. What they didn’t guarantee, is when. We were scheduled and cancelled twice over the
course of the next several weeks when we decided to call All Furniture Services. We called All Furniture on a Monday and Bruce Prince came out on a Saturday. Bruce was exceptional! He was professional, calm and most importantly, had a can-do attitude. I was
convinced at one point that we just needed to stop with taking the furniture apart, however, Bruce was so positive that he could do what needed to be done, that we continued. He surgically took the furniture apart so that a leg could be removed. We were then able to move the furniture into its rightful place. What was most impressive to me was that he was able to put it back together as though it had never been taken apart. We normally don’t write reviews like this, however, we felt like Bruce deserved to be recognized for his
service which was above and beyond.

Room and Board recommended All Furniture Services to fix the hinges on an 8 year old flip front desk. It was a fairly expensive piece of furniture that I honestly thought I was going to have to replace. Between R & B and the AFS repair person, this $3,000 piece of furniture now has a new life. He did a great job determining the best way to go and ended up replacing the hinges after trying to reuse the old ones. The desk is now stronger than it’s ever been. I bought a dresser from Room and Board that arrived with a chunk of wood missing from the front of the dresser. Room and Board didn’t think that it could be repaired, but because the line had been discontinued, we thought that we’d see if it was possible to fix the damage. Room and Board subcontracted Furniture Services for the repair. Carlos came out today and I am convinced that he is a magician! His craftsmanship is excellent and no one would ever know that the piece had been damaged. I am so pleased with the results. Thank you, Carlos! Thank you All Furniture Services.

Now for some good news …

Bruce, the repair person from All Tech Furniture is terrific. Absolute professional who clearly knows his stuff. He spent at least an hour tweaking the credenza doors trying to get them to align and shut properly. He was determined to “figure this out”. He ultimately figured out the out the issue was with the side panel (not the doors) through close inspection, measurements, etc. He is also the tech who helped us with the stains on the couch which took a different set of skills.

During the course of his visits, we learned that he is an aspiring artist. That explains why he is so good at the repair business. He has a great eye and amazing patience!

We cannot say enough about All Furniture Services and their amazing service. We were so sad to learn that our highend leather furniture club chairs had been ruined due to being in a storage for 6 months. We figured we’d call a company to see if they could be repaired. Within a few minutes of us giving them a call, they were able to schedule an assessment day and determine the work to be done. Our chairs were restored within 5 hours and they look like new.
