Yesterday your serviceman, Armen, fixed a problem with defective bumpers on a Room and Board table that we had been having problems with.  He was punctual, polite, and professional.  But he was far more than that.  Even though he was alone; the heavy table top had to be removed prior to the repair;  there were insufficient bumpers that did not seem to fit the holes;  Armen figured out ways to meet all of these challenges.  And with a smile and a positive attitude, he repaired our table.  It has never felt so stable!

We used this company 3 times.they fixed a bed frame for us after we moved and redid our bedroom.came on time and fixed it neat and quick. Called them back to fix a dining room cabinet drawer that wasn’t closing properly. They came and fixed it. Finally on the 3rd service call they came and color matched a few spots on our kitchen cabinets. Nobody else would even come look for touch up jobs. This is a great company to do business with.
