I was so heart broken when my leather couch got ripped off while moving to a new apartment. The movers did a terrible job. I tried reaching out to vendors who can get this repaired and bring it back in original shape. All of them are very expensive. Then I submitted a Service request at Furniture Services and they gave me the lowest quote for the repair job. The techician arrived early on the day of appointment and completed the job within couple of hours on site. He brought my couch back to the original shape. You guys are experts. THANKS a lot. Gagik came on time and resolved the recliner issue very quickly. On a weekend no less. I’m confident it will work for a long time. To make it feel completely new he recommended contacting the manufacturer for a new mechanism since it is very loose and parts are under lifetime warranty. This bed has been such a pain since purchasing it from the previous owner. The bed is beautiful but huge and complicated. It was quiet an investment for my boyfriend and I , so we wanted it done right. The bed had no instructions, a row of lights, two mirrors, and everything else. It’s been sitting in pieces for over a month because no one could finish the job. Yesterday evening, Dennis was sent to my apartment to begin assembly. He was an hour early:) I was there alone and he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He was everything Mikyel said he would be and more. The bed was estimated to take five hours, he completed the job under a hour and half. The staff was very kind and accommodating even after I kept calling bugging them. Do not waste time or money anywhere else, this company will assure you leave satisfied. Thanks again the bed is amazing!

I was heartbroken when I discovered that our new puppy had severely chewed up the carved leg of a captain's dining chair that we purchased for our wedding 30 years ago. A friend strongly recommended All Furniture Services. The technician came to my house and was able to do the repair on site! He restored the missing wood pieces and color matched it - you can't even tell which leg was damaged any more. That was my first experience. Since then AFS has refinished the top of my antique night stand that had horrible water stains. Good as new! Also helped me fix nail polish remover damage to a cocktail table. They are very responsive and pleasant to work with. They even schedule visits on weekends. I have heard they also do excellent leather and fabric repair. Reasonable rates too. Five stars & two thumbs up!!!

I had Arthur out today to help get some stains out of the couch. I have new couches my daughter put a henna tattoo on my back, stupid me smeared it on the pillow. Arthur got it out for me. There was also damage on a table from nail polish I thought both of these items were ruined. He was able to make it look good as new. He was very nice professional and courteous. My story.... My father & brother-in law delivered a couch to my Hoboken apartment ~ after several attempts it was clear there was no way it would make it through the doorway or window. I loved the couch & was not giving up.... through a friends recommendation I googled 'furniture doctor's' & found All Furniture Services & Mikayel's number. Mikayel was very professional & patient, answering my many questions over a couple of phone calls on a Sunday as well as Monday morning before the men arrived. The men that showed up knew what they were doing (to say the least). In under 1 1/2 hours the couch was in my apartment, looking like it had never been dis-assembled. One antique frame (holding a mirror) had some wood gouged out of it. The technician filled in the spot with putty and colored it to match. One antique frame (also holding a mirror) had two or three inches of the finish flaking off. This was also filled in and colored to match the rest of the frame. What was additionally useful was that the technician was able to give me advice on whether it was worthwhile to restore a laquered Korean chest (no) and the brass mount on a Lalique 1930's vase (no). He was also to identify the finish on two sconces. In other words, I had the advantage of a great deal of expertise on this visit. I intend to use them again.

I had an old, small piece of furniture that needed to be restored as it had gotten really wet in the storage place where it sat. He cleaned and restored it right to the way it used to be. I called him and they came right away the next day! I didn’t have to take the piece of furniture anywhere and didn’t have to do anything. He came over to the house and restored it at my home. I recently had the pleasure of using your company to repair a 2 year old couch that was purchased from a company that went out of business. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service, the great repair job, the turn around time and the knowledge of the technician along with his pleasent personality. The middle of the couch had collasped and was restored to superior condition. The cost of the service was within the range I wanted to spend and I feel it was worth every penny. In the future I will definately use this company again and I will recommend this business to any friend, family or stranger that asked :)

They were very friendly and professional and they sent someone over within an hour to disassemble the couch, bring it into my apartment and reassemble it. When my 1 1/2 year old scribbled with a permanent marker all over my brand new leather sofa, I was certain that the damage was beyond repair. My husband and I purchased about 5 different cleaning products, all promising to remove such stains from leather, but none of them was even slightly effective. As a last ditch effort, before resigning myself to the fact that the sofa would forever carry these marks, I decided to give furniture services a call. An appointment for an estimate was set up for the very next day. Alex, the furniture repair technician, arrived right on schedule. He assessed the damage, thoroughly explained my options, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work. Within 20 minutes, my sofa looked brand new. He managed to dye the stain using a color that was an exact match to the brown of my sofa. The stains were completely gone and the sofa looked as good as new. The results were even better than I could have ever hoped for. I'm so glad that I gave Furniture Services a call. I would highly recommend them for their courteous, prompt, and professional service.

We arranged a date for the piece to be delivered and installed and the service person arrived well within the window of time specified. The first thing he did after stepping into my foyer was to slip disposable covers over his shoes. It's amazing how reassuring such a small detail can be, but it told me instantly that he was a professional and would treat my home with care and respect. Again, he was courteous and pleasant, answered my questions and proceeded with the installation. As I had, at one point, considered ordering the replacement part and doing the installation myself, I couldn't help noticing the process was more involved and required a level of expertise and precision way beyond my ability. When the work was finished the room was neat and tidy, without a trace of debris, and I was very glad I hadn't attempted to do the repair myself. From start to finish the process went so smoothly I wished I hadn't put it off for so long! The end result was very satisfactory, and it was a pleasure doing business with the company.

I recently purchased a gem of a sofa an antique to be precise. Turns it out that it would not fit up my staircase. They saved the day. They were on time and worked diligently on disassembly/assemlby of the sofa for 7 hours. It is a complicated 3 piece tufted sectional with a curved piece to boot. Tech Personnel paid extreme attention to detail and took pride in his work. On top of it all the price was reasonable. Man I spoke on the phone is a man of his word, he guarantees flawless work and delivered. I hope he doesn't retire any time soon because I plan to call him back when I am ready to move!!!!!

The disassembly went smoothly and although the fit down to our basement was still tight your crew was careful and got it through. Our leather sectional sofabed looks great. They also were kind enough to look at a problem piece we have already in our home. Not to mention that the price was affordable and without add'l fees. ALL FURNITURE SERVICE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! My name is Stacy Adams, and I would recommend ALL FURNITURE SERVICES to anyone who wants their sofas to be disassembled and assembled back together. I had filled in a service request at www.servicefurniture.com, and in less then an hour, I was called to make an appointment. I have a complex schedule, but that was not a problem for them. The technician was on time, and ready to work on my sofa. The sofa was disassembled and assembled back together in a short amount of time, with no damages. EVREYTHING WAS PERFECT. -Stacy

A moving company failed to measure the width of the door of my new apartment. As a result, my sofa which is 39.5 inches wide would not pass through the door which is 32 inches wide. All Furniture Services was hired to disassemble and reassemble my sofa. A two man team, lead by Omar Hylton was dispatched to my apartment in New Jersey. The moving company redelivered the sofa. The two man team from the moving company was told to disappear once the sofa was taken from their truck and placed on the street. Omar and his partner did an excellent job in disassembling my sofa, carrying it up to my new apartment in three sections and later reassembling the sofa in my living room. Omar Hylton and his partner deserves an award for excellence. If I had to write the incription for that award for excellence, it would read: "The recipients of this Award for Excellence has demonstrated a performance of articulate ability, thoroughness and professionalism that surpasses even the high All Furniture Services standards thereby reflecting an added enrichment to the image of All Furniture Services" Solomon Baker Professional Photographer
